We kicked off the project with research into other voice actors to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get Dawn the results she was looking for in her business.
With keyword list and strategy in hand, we built out the website framework with the focus on these opportunities.
We took a content-first approach and created optimised and keyword targeted website pages and content which would show case her talents to prospective producers by adding her voice over demos to the successful conversion.
Dawns website quickly attracted more attention resulting in an increased volume of inquires and audition opportunities from producers in the United States and Canada.
In the year following the new website launch, Dawns traffic from search engines increased and the bounce rate was reduced by over 25%.
